Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Information

1.1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the rules of using the online store available at fpwmodelshop.pl, operated by FPW Models, Poland (hereinafter referred to as “Store”, “Seller” or “we”).

1.2. Customers using the Store (“Customer”, “Buyer”) are required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions prior to making a purchase.

1.3. The Store sells products exclusively online, delivering them to Customers within Poland and abroad (unless otherwise specified in product descriptions or shipping information).

2. Warranty and Service

2.1. Some of the products offered in our Store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

2.2. In the event of a defect in a product covered by warranty, the Customer should contact the nearest authorized service point indicated in the warranty card or on the manufacturer’s website. This procedure is usually the fastest way to restore the product’s functionality.

2.3. The Customer is required to keep the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the original packaging until the warranty period ends. These may be necessary when filing a warranty claim.

3. Complaints

3.1. Before accepting a delivery, the Customer should always check whether the package has been damaged in transit. If external damage is visible, it is recommended to refuse the delivery and immediately contact us at: +48 691 331 147.

3.2. If the Customer has already accepted the package, it may still be opened in the courier’s presence. In case of any non-compliance, a damage report should be drawn up, which will form the basis of a later complaint.

3.3. If the purchased product turns out to have factory defects or does not comply with the description, the Customer should follow the complaint procedure:

  • Send the product back to us, together with a written statement describing the reasons for the complaint, the expected form of compensation, the return address, and the bank account number for a refund (if applicable).

  • Within 14 days of receiving the complaint, we will inform the Customer by email or phone about the result of the complaint process.

  • If the complaint is accepted, within 7 business days from the decision date, we will provide compensation by: repairing the product, sending a new product, or refunding the purchase price.

  • If the complaint is rejected, we will send the product back to the Customer within 14 business days, together with a written explanation.

3.4. In the case of card payments, any refund will be made directly to the same card.

4. Returns (Withdrawal from the Contract)

4.1. In accordance with applicable consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason.

4.2. This right applies only to consumer sales (purchase made by a natural person not related to professional or business activity).

4.3. Returned products must:

  • Be unused and free of any signs of wear,

  • Be complete and returned in the original packaging with all contents,

  • Be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal, including the Customer’s bank account number for a refund.

4.4. Within 3 business days of receiving the returned product, we will verify its condition. If no objections arise, the Customer will be notified by email of a positive decision, and a refund will be made to the provided bank account (or card, if paid by card) within 7 days.

4.5. If the return is rejected (e.g., product shows signs of use, damage, or missing contents), the Customer will be informed by email, and the product will be sent back at our expense within 7 business days.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply, including consumer protection law.

6.2. The Store reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on the website and apply only to orders placed after the changes take effect.
